Managing a company, without running real-world risks, and taking top management decisions, the competitors are given the opportunity to:
• Analyze Financial and Economic Indicators.
• Broaden their views on Corporate Strategy.
• Interact with the different Functional Areas of a Company.
• Understand the Market Conditions in which they compete in and Customer Satisfaction.
• Become aware of the impact of their Decisions on the Organization itself, within an environment designed to encourage and develop teamwork.
The main aim of the competition is to facilitate learning through practice - commonly believed to be one of the most efficient methods of preserving the knowledge gained. Through encountering various realistic situations, the participants are stimulated to think creatively and to draw conclusions. Through learning from their mistakes and accomplishments, they develop company management skills.
